Manufacturing Engineer - Nuclear Components

As a Manufacturing Engineer, Intermediate you will develop and improve manufacturing procedures, maintain quality-compliant shop documentation, resolve non-conformances, and support shop operations through equipment and facility maintenance, upgrades, installations, and tooling design. You will work closely with manufacturing operations within the Component Engineering department, reporting to the Manager of Manufacturing Engineering, while occasionally interfacing with upper management and customers and providing coaching, guidance, and process training to peers and shop employees.

Project Engineer - Engineering Services

Engineering Services and Life Cycle Engineering provide engineering leadership to support a wide range of activities related to new and operating nuclear pressure vessels. Engineering Services provides commercial and technical leadership for a range of engineering studies including plant modifications, refurbishments and conceptual design studies for advanced reactors and small modular reactors (SMRs).

In this role you will also provide pressure vessel engineering support for our client’s Canada’s Field Services division. Life Cycle Engineering provides support for inspections and aging management of nuclear power plant components, primarily Steam Generators and Heat Exchangers.

 

Engineering Analyst

The Engineering Analyst is responsible for performing Structural qualification of nuclear components including steam generators, heat exchangers, process vessels and piping assemblies and/or performing thermal-hydraulic analysis of heat exchanger equipment including steam generators and shell-and-tube heat exchangers.  This position interacts with other Engineering Analysts performing structural qualification and/or thermal-hydraulic analysis, and with Project Engineering to provide input and support.

Field Engineer

As a Field Engineer, you will provide pre-deployment, execution, and closeout support for Field Services projects. In this role, you will work under the supervision of the Field Engineering Supervisor/Manager and be assigned to Project and Site Managers depending on the project. You will collaborate closely with multiple workgroups to address technically complex issues within tight schedules and may serve as the Field Engineering Lead on larger projects. This position also involves regular interaction with customers and regulators to ensure effective communication and project success.  This role involves extensive travel (up to 80%) and may include shift work and extended hours to support field projects. 

Quality Engineer / Source Inspector

As a Quality Engineer/Source Inspector, you’ll be part of a dedicated team that upholds a world-class Quality Assurance system aligned with Canadian and international standards. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact by ensuring quality requirements are met, inspection documentation is accurate, and customer needs are supported with confidence. You’ll collaborate with shop personnel, management, engineering, supply chain, and document control teams, while also building strong connections with customers, suppliers, and regulatory partners such as the Technical Safety and Standards Association (TSSA). This is a dynamic role where your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will help drive excellence across our operations.

 

Quality Control Technician - (CGSB PT Level II cert. desired)

As a Quality Control Technician, you will ensure compliance with our client’s quality program requirements on Field Services projects by performing independent verification of quality-related inspections. Reporting to the Quality Control Manager, this role works closely with Site Managers, Field Engineers, and Authorized Inspectors to maintain the highest standards of quality and safety. This role involves willingness to travel extensively (up to 70%) and work nights, weekends, and statutory holidays, with potential for extended hours (70+ per week).

Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you are accountable for managing the overall technical, cost, and schedule requirements of assigned contracts, ensuring company resources are effectively directed for successful contract execution. You will lead projects with influence, exercising control over budgets, schedules, and non-technical communication. This role requires a high degree of independence and emphasizes leadership through mentorship and coaching of less experienced Project Managers.

Project Controls Planner / Scheduler

The Project Controls Planner/Scheduler – Target Delivery Systems (TDS) Projects is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating the execution of complex nuclear maintenance projects involving TDS. This role ensures project objectives are achieved safely, efficiently, and in alignment with regulatory standards and contractual requirements.

This position reports to the Manager, Project Controls & Analysis and has no direct reports. The role involves influencing and negotiating with both internal departments and customer representatives to ensure schedule adherence and project success
