About Us
Strategic Way Consulting was founded in 2016 with a simple belief: complex problems are solved by understanding what needs to be accomplished, identifying the right capability and giving people what they need to succeed.
What began with a single consultant grew organically into a team of nearly 40 professionals supporting multiple functions within one of Canada’s largest nuclear operators. Along the way, we built a reputation for solving complex business and organizational challenges, identifying exceptional people and helping them develop into confident, capable nuclear professionals.
Our approach has always been different.
Rather than focusing solely on job titles, credentials or previous nuclear experience, we look at the underlying knowledge, skills, attitude and aptitude required to succeed. That approach has allowed us to identify talent others might overlook, develop capability from within and outside the industry, and help organizations build stronger, more resilient teams.
