Conservation Development Permit Acquisition
Worked collaboratively with the Grand River Conservation Authority representative to prepare a site plan, submit all the requirements of the application and successfully secured and delivered the permit to the customer.
Building Permit Acquisition
Performed project discovery by performing an initial consultation with the customer and subsequently proactively discussing the feasibility of the project with the local municipality. Provided comprehensive zoning bylaw interpretation and application to develop the building design on a property. Provided design advice to the customer and worked collaboratively to coordinate, develop and deliver a design with fully engineered drawings meeting all customer’s needs. Ensured all permit requirements were met, submitted application as an Owners Representative. Addressed and incorporated all comments provided by the Building Official and provided revised drawings to the Municipality to obtain final approval and secure and deliver the permit. Provide the customer with ongoing consultation as needed.
Septic Review
Performed full analysis of existing septic system at client property. Provided daily design analysis of existing proposed areas and discussed alternative solutions with the system manufacturer and local municipality to come to a mutually agreeable path forward.
